GROUNDBREAKING FOR THE PROJECT WAS ON 30TH SEPTEMBER 2017.
INAUGURATION CEREMONY ON MARCH 2018.
CLIENT: IRAN EMBASSY – ISLAMABAD.
DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION OF 25X66 FEET SWIMMING POOL WITH ATTACHED STEAM BATH, SHOWERS, WASHROOM, AND LOCKERS AREA PLUS PUMP ROOM WITH A COVERED AREA OF 110X60 FEET.
THE DESIGN WAS FINALIZED AFTER A FEW REVISIONS AND ALL WORKERS AND VEHICLES, TRUCKS HAD TO GO THRU A SPECIFIC GATE AFTER CLEARANCE OF THEIR SECURITY. THIS PROCEDURE REQUIRED AT LEAST TWO DAYS OF PAPERWORK BEFORE ISSUANCE OF THEIR ENTRY LETTERS. IN MY OPINION, THIS PAPERWORK WAS THE ONLY CHALLENGING PART OF THIS PROJECT.
THE PROJECT WAS INAUGURATED BY THE AMBASSADOR AND CAN CATER TO MORE THAN 70 PEOPLE AT A TIME.
Groundbreaking for the project was on 30th September 2017.
Inauguration Ceremony on March 2018.
Client: Iran Embassy – Islamabad.
Design & Construction of 25×66 feet swimming pool with attached steam bath, showers, washroom, and lockers area plus pump room with a covered area of 110×60 feet.
The design was finalized after a few revisions and all workers and vehicles, trucks had to go thru a specific gate after clearance of their security. this procedure required at least two days of paperwork before issuance of their entry letters. In my opinion, this paperwork was the only challenging part of this project.
The project was inaugurated by the Ambassador and can cater to more than 70 people at a time.

Late Mr. Safaayi, Structural and Civil Engineer (2nd from right) who visited this project and his help and guidance was an absolute value added to this project, but sadly I heard the news of his sad demise after a few months. May his soul rests in peace.
